Returns & Refunds

At Premo Home Gym Flooring, each order is carefully prepared and processed to meet the specific requirements of your project. Due to the size, weight, and freight nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

All Sales Final

Once an order has been processed, production has begun, or the order has been released for shipment, the order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please carefully review your order details, quantities, product selections, and shipping information prior to placing your order.

Exceptions

Premo Home Gym Flooring will replace, repair, or provide a refund only under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Product Shipped

If you receive a product different from what was ordered, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. We will work to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

2. Products Damaged During Transit

All shipments should be inspected upon delivery. If products arrive visibly damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify us within five (5) business days of delivery.

Photographs of the damaged products, packaging, and shipment materials may be required to process a claim.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe a product contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery with photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

Premo Home Gym Flooring reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If a defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement material, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Installation of Defective or Damaged Products

Do not install any product that appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Installation of a product constitutes acceptance of the product and may void eligibility for replacement or reimbursement.

Freight & Shipping Charges

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except in cases where Premo Home Gym Flooring has shipped an incorrect product or where a verified shipping-related claim has been approved.
