At Premo Home Gym Flooring, we are committed to delivering your flooring safely and efficiently. Due to the size and weight of our products, all flooring orders are shipped via freight carriers and require specialized handling.
Freight Shipping
All flooring orders are shipped on pallets via commercial freight carriers to help ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Free freight shipping is included on qualifying flooring orders within the contiguous United States.
For your convenience, qualifying flooring orders include:
- Palletized freight delivery
- Liftgate service at delivery
Inside delivery service may be available depending on carrier capabilities, delivery location, accessibility, and local service availability. If inside delivery is required, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss available options.
Additional freight charges may apply for:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- Military addresses
- Remote or limited-access locations
- Expedited shipping requests
- Special delivery requirements
If additional freight charges apply, a Premo Home Gym Flooring representative will contact you before processing your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and custom order requirements.
Once your order has shipped, shipment tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, freight carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The delivery address is accurate and accessible
- Someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment
- Adequate access exists for freight delivery
Additional carrier fees resulting from incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, redelivery requests, storage fees, or special delivery accommodations are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Inspection
Please inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take photographs of the shipment, packaging, and damaged materials.
- Contact Premo Home Gym Flooring within five (5) business days of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a freight claim.
Freight Damage Claims
If products are damaged during transit, Premo Home Gym Flooring will work directly with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.
Photographs and supporting documentation may be required before replacement materials, credits, or other remedies can be issued.
Do not install any damaged or defective materials prior to contacting Premo Home Gym Flooring.
Delivery Delays
Premo Home Gym Flooring is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Freight carrier scheduling
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labor shortages
- Acts of God
- Events beyond our reasonable control
